Description
No ornament, no colour contrast, no terminal flourish. Just stainless steel — mirror-polished from tine tip to handle end — in a form that trusts its own geometry entirely. The handle is cylindrical, slim, and long; perfectly round in section, it sits differently in the hand from a flat-handled fork — more considered, more deliberate. The tines are clean and precisely spaced above it.
This is the piece for the table that already has everything else right. It does not compete — it completes. Made by artisans of Pilimathalawa, Kandy, for whom the discipline of restraint is as demanding as any decorative work.
Each piece is finished by hand. Slight variation in polish is the nature of the craft, not a defect.
