Description
The same hand-formed scroll that terminates the Scroll Handle Table Fork appears here at teaspoon scale — tighter, more intimate, no less precise. The bowl is mirror-polished and oval; the handle runs slender and straight before curling into its characteristic terminal. At the tea table or the breakfast table, it carries the same quiet authority as its larger counterpart.
Part of the scroll design family from the workshops of Pilimathalawa, Kandy — where the ability to form a clean, tight spiral in steel by hand is understood as a mark of the craft, not an embellishment added to it.
Each piece is finished by hand. Slight variation in the scroll is the nature of the craft, not a defect.
